At CEP Renewables, we believe a strong team is the foundation of our success. Recently, our team came together for a series of events that balanced professional growth, community service, and plenty of fun!
The day kicked off with a session on emotional intelligence, where we explored ways to strengthen communication and collaboration.
We also showed off our CEP pride with some brand-new beanie hats—perfect for those brisk outdoor activities!
The team then tackled an escape room challenge at the Paniq Room, complete with a handmade solar-themed poster that showcased our creativity and teamwork.
Giving back to the community is at the heart of our values, and we were honored to participate in a mobile pantry volunteer event with the Community Foodbank of New Jersey, sharing food and water with those in need.
In Atlantic City, we enjoyed:
A walk along the beach
A fierce go-karting competition
And a delicious meal at a picturesque café covered in greenery.
